All ISPC products are in compliance with the Saudi Arabia Standards Organization (SASO) and its respective international standards like British, American and German. Implementation of Quality Management System helping the company to have consistent quality. All ISPC group companies are having ISO certifications.

History

Year	Task	Details
1989	Acquisition of AL ITTEFAQ STEEL Mill	AL ITTEFAQ STEEL Mill was acquired through SIDF. It was ISPC’s first steel factory with a capacity of 12,000 tons per annum, and an incomplete hand rolling mill.
2003	Formation of AL FAISAL STEEL PRODUCTS CO.	FAISAL STEEL PRODUCTS CO. was founded.
2004	Formation of NATIONAL STEEL	The establishment of NATIONAL STEEL’S Steel Melt Shop.
2005	Formation of DIRECT REDUCTION IRON CO.	DIRECT REDUCTION IRON CO. was founded.
2006	AL ITTEFAQ STEEL II – Makkah	Acquisition of the Azizya Steel Factory, which had a steel rolling capacity of 100,000 tons per annum. Following acquisition, its capacity was increased to 360,000 tons per annum,with 150,000 tons per annum downstream capacity.
2006	AL FAISAL STEEL PRODUCTS CO. II – Makkah	Formation of FAISAL STEEL PRODUCT CO. with a production capacity of 150,000 tons per annum downstream capacity.
2013	ARAB STEEL COMPANY	ARAB STEEL COMPANY has started producing steel billets
